The Sport system features American made coil springs that are a Dual Rate design allowing for long travel suspension use offroad with a smooth highway ride.

The first stage of the spring provides a soft ride with the ability to extend for additional travel. The second stage is designed to handle the payload of the vehicle and address large impact absorption at higher speeds.

The Dual Rate coil springs are corner specific to the JL. This keeps the vehicle level side to side while allowing for increased suspension travel.

Four bump stops extensions utilize the factory bump stops for compliant cushioning at full compression. The extensions retain the stock down travel to eliminate over cycling of the suspension and driveline.

The extended length front and rear sway bar links with urethane bushings re-position the bars to work within the factory operating planes. By extending the length of the links, it prevents the sway bar from going over center and creating bind at full extension travel.

A heavy duty rear track bar bracket re-centers the axle while retaining the factory roll center of the vehicle with the increased ride height.
King bump stops are made from the same quality materials and precision machined components that are used in our performance racing shocks. Volume Optimized Damping:

Traditional velocity sensitive shock absorbers react quickly during low speed driving causing excessive “head toss” on rough terrain – or even driveways. Conventional damping then firms up during faster speeds resulting in a jarring ride.

Falcon’s proprietary Volume Optimized Damping (VOD) features a digressive linear valve that produces quicker ramp up for increased damping volume, which improves vehicle feedback and control during low-speed driving. VOD also improves the shock absorber’s ability to reduce bottoming out at full compression during faster speeds or over uneven terrain.

The Rock Krawler JL 2.5 Stock Mod System was designed for those who want an easy bolt-in installation, excellent on-road ride and the durability and ride quality you expect from Rock Krawler Suspension. Rock Krawler’s industry leading triple rate coils give you 2.5 inch of lift to clear up to 38 inch tires, depending on model, and improve the on-road ride over the factory linear rate springs. All Rock Krawler JL systems include correction pads that help minimize the spring bow inherent in the factory set up. The provided track bar geometry corrections both front and rear lets you perfectly center the axles so there is no compromise in on road handling.

The all-inclusive TeraFlex Sport ST (Street & Trail) Suspensions Systems deliver performance and capability in a dependable and maintenance-free package.

At home on the most extreme trails or around town, the 4.5” Sport ST4 Suspension System builds on the 3.5” lift Sport ST3 by adding taller coil springs, a revised front track bar bracket, an adjustable rear track bar bracket, and more.

The taller coil springs and additional components increase ground clearance without compromising on- and off-road prowess. No alignment is needed thanks to the front lower control arm drop brackets, heavy-duty forged front track bar bracket, and heavy-duty forged rear adjustable track bar bracket, which work to together to optimize correct caster angle, restore geometry, eliminate bump steer, restore vehicle roll center, and reduce body roll with 4.5” lift kits.

The Sport ST4 Suspension System can be installed on Friday, wheeled on Saturday, and driven to church on Sunday!
